Weclome to AMYGO! amygostore.com! Please read the terms and condition throughroughly. By reading this terms and condition you are agree and have understood with points stated below. 

  1. Please allow 1 working day to process your order for quality control and packing. We will notify you via email as soon as your package is sent with the tracking number.
  2. We allow 1 time chance to do return & exchange if the product(s) have reject/ mistakenly shipped by us. Shipping fee will be borned by AMYGO. We don't allow return & exchange because of the reasons: product doesnt fit/ doesnt suit. Please read the product description throughly. 
  3. We allow return & exchange if the product(s) has defect or mistakenly shipped by our team. Shipping Fee will be borned by us.
  4. Refunds can only be made if the product(s) are sold out and? or has defect or mistakenly shipped by our team and there's no substitution of other products that you desire.
  5. We will never share any of your personal informations. Our website is operated by safe and encrypted database. 
  6. All informations about products are according to the invoice order.
  7. Please note that invoice is not a reservation upon the goods. Invoice is valid for 1x24 hours expiry time. If the payment you made is past through the expiry date orders, please contact our Customer Service for further assistant.
  8. If there's a price reduction upon the goods, paid orders in invoice is not refundable.
  9. Our office hour is 09.00- 18.00 WIB.
  10. We ship every Monday- Saturday.
  11. Our partner for shipping is Sicepat & JNE for domestic shipping and Pos Indonesia (EMS) for international shipping.
  12. Shipping receipt will be available 2 days after the shipping notification sent to your email.
  13. Please make sure to input your personal data (adress, name, phone) completely.
  14. Payment confirmation shoul be made if you made payment through BANK BCA TRANSFER, please input your transfer details in the form.
