Question 1: Where is your online store located?
We are based in Tangerang, Indonesia. All shipments were shipped from Tangerang.
Question 2: Do you have offline store?
Sorry, currently we don't have offline store. We are currently still an online store. If you want to get our products offline, you can also shop our stockist at:

Question 3: Are your items manufactured yourself?
Yes, we exclusively manufactured our own pieces.
Question 4: Are your items ready stock? Can we pre- order the out of stock pieces?
Yes, all of our products are ready stock, except stated otherwise in the description. You can go to backorders to make pre- order clothings (we open backorders if the materials are still available)
Question 5: Where is my order package? It hasn't arrived yet to me.
Please kindly email us to amygostore@gmail.com, there might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier, but we will try to help you as much as we can. If your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.
Question 6: My package has arrived but it doesn't fit me well (too big/ too small). Can i exhange it?
Yes you can change to another size as long as it is still available. If it is no longer available, we will refund your money through bank transfer. Please note too that returns and exchanges should be made within maximum 1 week after you received your order.
Question 7: Unfortunately, the garment on my item has defect on it. What should i do?
We apologize for our mistake. Please kindly email us to amygostore@gmail.com and we will give you the return steps, or simply contact our Customer Service on Whatsapp.

No it can't, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable, except if the item has defect on it.

Yes, we ship internationally using EMS POS INDONESIA.
